What a great revival we had this past week! The "Block Sermon" from Sunday morning is one we will remember for some time around here! Then the Jordan Family Band did a fantastic job leading us in worship. Check them out HERE.
Pastor Bruce Beach did an excellent job preaching the word this week. As I've thought back about his messages, it has given me even more of a revival spirit! "Survival or Revival?" - are we content to live in the "what was" or are we ready for God's best in the "what will be?" I want to be like Caleb, who at 85 said "GIVE ME MY MOUNTAIN." I pray my last days are my best days. The only retirement plan in God's kingdom comes in eternity! "A Recipe for Revival" - Wake up, Get Up, Buy up, and Fill up! There is work for us all to do, and room for us all to improve. "The Perfect Plan to Grow the Church" - God promised us His power to accomplish His plans. All we have to do is be obedient to share our faith. Now what? Will we look back at this revival and say "man those were some good meetings and that preacher did a great job and that choir sure did sing, but now that it's over, let's get back to the same old things the same old ways"? Or will we look back and say "man, remember in 2015 when God started working in this church in a powerful way? Look at where we are today! I'm so glad I was obedient to God's will in my life!" The choice is ours to make individually...
